  • Squarespace

  • Stripe

All products are made to order, which means:

  • Production begins after purchase

  • Items are not pre-stocked

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in [SEK / EUR – choose one]

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

  • We do not store payment details

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are processed through our fulfillment partner Printful

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to production or shipping factors outside our control

5. Refunds & Returns Policy

5.1 Made-to-Order Products

All products are made specifically for you upon ordering.

👉 Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

5.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You are entitled to a replacement or refund.

To request this:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

5.3 Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit:

  • Contact us and we will investigate with the shipping provider

  • If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement

5.4 EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA:

  • You may have a 14-day withdrawal right

  • However, this does not apply to custom or made-to-order goods, which includes our products

Your rights regarding faulty or defective goods remain unaffected.

6. Product Disclaimer

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production:

  • Slight variations in color, print placement, or material may occur

  • Screen displays may differ from real-life products

These variations do not constitute defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
